(“Farmers Insurance”) provide this notice to advise you that certain officers, directors, and owners of The Realty Agency have direct and indirect ownership interests in: Loansuite Mortgage LLC. (“Loansuite”), Blueink Title Agency LLC. (“Blueink Title Agency”), Homespect of Arizona LLC. (“Xpose360 Home Inspections”) and the Valentin Guzman Insurance Agency LLC. These ownership interests range from an estimated 1% – 100%. Because of this ownership interest, the referral of your business by The Realty Agency’s realtor® to the affiliated companies may result in a financial or other benefit to The Realty Agency LLC. and/or it’s officers, directors, and owners.
Set forth below is the estimated charge or range of charges for settlement services provided by Loansuite Mortgage LLC. (“Loansuite”), Blueink Title Agency LLC. (“Blueink Title Agency”), Homespect of Arizona LLC. (“Xpose360 Home Inspections”), and the Valentin Guzman Insurance Agency LLC. (“Farmers Insurance”.) You are NOT required to use as a condition for the purchase, sale, or refinance of the subject property of your intended transaction.

(“Blueink Title Agency”), Homespect of Arizona LLC. (“Xpose360 Home Inspections”) and the Valentin Guzman Insurance Agency LLC. to contact me using that information. I understand and agree that my express consent to be contacted using automated technology ceases upon termination of the mortgage loan application process.
